More than a new surface.
A siding replacement starts with reviewing the existing exterior and planning removal. The scope addresses the weather-resistive barrier, flashing, trim and transitions around windows and doors, with installation details matched to the selected product. If removal exposes damaged sheathing or framing, we review the findings and agree on the repair scope before covering the wall. Painting, repairs and any window or door replacement are identified in your proposal.

Do you offer full home siding replacement?
Yes. We can plan a full home siding replacement, including the new siding profile, coordinated trim and related exterior work. Tell us whether you want to keep the current style or explore a different look, such as board-and-batten or horizontal lap siding.
Do you install James Hardie siding?
Yes. We offer James Hardie fiber cement siding installation as part of our siding replacement work. We review the profile, trim and finish options with you and identify the selected products and installation scope in your proposal.
Should I replace my siding or repaint it?
That depends on the condition of the siding and the wall behind it. Peeling paint alone does not establish that a full replacement is needed. Share photos and any concerns about soft, swollen, cracked or loose siding so we can discuss an assessment and the appropriate scope.
What affects the cost of replacing home siding?
Exterior wall area, number of stories, site access, removal and disposal, material selection, trim, wall repairs and finishing all affect the estimate. Floor area alone does not determine siding quantity. Send your address, photos, preferred style and approximate budget to start the conversation.
Can you coordinate siding with windows, doors or a front porch?
Yes. We can discuss siding alongside window and door replacement, a new front porch or other exterior improvements. The proposal defines which work, finishes and repairs are included so the exterior is planned as a whole.
