Start with your ideas

A plan that fits
your project.

Every project is tailored to your property and priorities. Size, materials, access, structural work, permits and finish details all affect the estimate.

Tell us what you have in mind. We’ll review the scope and help you explore options that fit your goals and budget.

You’ll work directly with Rick and JT. We discuss your ideas, location and timing, then help you explore the design and materials. Construction dates depend on the agreed scope, approvals and schedule.

Before we build

A few useful answers.

What is the difference between a pergola and a pavilion?

A pergola typically has an open or slatted roof that provides partial shade. A pavilion has a solid roof. The right choice depends on the shade and weather protection you want, your home's architecture and your budget.

What affects the cost of a pavilion?

Size, roofing, structural connections, foundations, electrical work and finish choices all affect the estimate. We review your property and scope before discussing pricing. The rendering is a design example, not a priced package.

Can the design work with my existing home or outdoor kitchen?

We can explore a design around your existing setup. Roof connections, structural requirements and site conditions need to be assessed before the construction scope is finalized.

Can we start with a rendering?

We offer free 3D renderings after discussing your ideas, property and budget, so you can explore the design before construction.
